Our Commitment
Uniq Intercom is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform.
Prevention Measures
- Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Uniq Intercom.
- All users can report inappropriate behavior or content through the in-app reporting feature.
- Reported users are reviewed and may be suspended or permanently banned.
- Users can block other users at any time to prevent further communication.
- We do not store voice communications — all audio is transmitted in real-time and not recorded.
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior that involves the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please:
- Use the in-app Report feature to flag the user immediately.
- Contact us directly at info@uniqintercom.com with details of the incident.
- Report to your local law enforcement authorities.
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and will cooperate with law enforcement and report to relevant regional and national authorities as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
Enforcement
- Accounts found to be involved in any form of child exploitation will be immediately and permanently banned.
- All associated data will be preserved and provided to law enforcement upon request.
- We actively monitor reports and take swift action against violations.
