How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Uniq Intercom app:

  1. Open the Uniq Intercom app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon on the home screen)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Subscription Note

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. Your data is removed from our servers within 24 hours of the deletion request.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@uniqintercom.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.
